About
Traditional hospitality, modern systems.
I've spent my whole life in hospitality — from a family B&B to a coffee shop to a portfolio of professionally operated UK holiday lets. Here's the short version.
Norton Court Farm. I grew up at a 12-bedroom B&B in the countryside. Mum cooked. Dad ran operations. I changed beds and cut lawns before I could drive. Bookings came by phone and newspaper advert — no algorithm.
Coffee shop years. Seven years owning a customer-facing coffee shop. If you've never had a queue at 8:03am and a broken grinder at 8:04am, you've never really been in hospitality.
Today. I run holiday lets across countryside cottages and seafront apartments. Booking platforms, dynamic pricing, direct-booking websites, automation and AI — plus the human, hospitality layer that platforms won't ever build for you.
Why I built the Blueprint. The industry became noisy and hype-driven. Meanwhile, the fundamentals — guest, standards, numbers, systems — didn't change. Most people don't need more information. They need the right sequence.
