Yes. You give us your name, email and current stage; we send you the workbook plus a short sequence of practical emails. You can unsubscribe at any point.
› Is holiday letting passive income?
No. Real holiday letting is a hospitality business. If you're looking for passive income, this isn't for you — honestly.
› Do you guarantee returns?
No. Anyone who does is either uninformed or misleading you. We show you how to model the numbers and the downside case yourself.
› What's the Blueprint course going to cost?
Pricing and dates for the founding cohort aren't published yet. Join the waitlist to hear first. Joining the waitlist is not purchasing.
› Do I need to already own a property?
No. The Blueprint helps whether you own, are buying, are considering it, or already operate informally and want a proper business system.
› Where in the UK does this apply?
The Blueprint's principles apply UK-wide. Regulation varies by nation and hotspot — the /regulations checklist summarises what changes where, and the workbook helps you verify locally.
› How do you handle refunds?
Once the founding cohort opens, terms will be published in full — including a fair, transparent refund policy. We'd rather you self-select out before purchasing than refund you afterwards.
